We offer weekly livestream classes on Zoom as well as in-person yoga for fully vaccinated individuals.
Our classes focus on integrating alignment, balance, strength, and flexibility within the asanas (yoga poses) of the Iyengar Yoga tradition. Props are used to allow each student to adapt a pose for their individual needs and gain the maximum benefits of each pose.
